Margot has offered healing and education to the Corvallis community for over 30 years. A gentle, wise, and intuitive therapist, Margot is able to help clients find within themselves the compassion and inner resources to help heal the wounded inner child. She offers a wide range of counseling services, including help with anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD, stress-reduction,and family of origin issues. Her almost thirty years of experience with the Hakomi method invite mind-body-spirit healing at a deep and transformational level. Along with client services, Margot also teaches Reiki I and Reiki II classes at her beautiful home in the woods north of Corvallis. She facilitates many other events and workshops on an ongoing basis.

More about Margot

Margot is a Licensed Professional Counselor who holds a M.S. in Counseling from Oregon State University. She is a Certified Body-Centered Hakomi Therapist and a Reiki Teacher for over 25 years. Margot Vance-Borland was initiated into the First Degree by Hawayo Takata in 1973. Her Second Degree initiation was in 1991and her initiation into the Third Degree was in 1994. 
Reiki has become a full-time part of her life and body work practice. Teaching Reiki has become a focal point of her work as more people choose to add this blessing to their lives. If you are interested in experiencing this form of therapy, please call Margot at (541) 754-3595 for an introductory appointment.
